Magnificent beets and spectacular onions. Not in attendance Dave and Kristin were present in spirit for their significant contribution to the splendor of this harvest. Let the Borscht season begin! Of course the hard work, participation on many levels, coordination, perseverance and team spirit of so many people went into making this harvest so memorable.
